This application is filed for legal representatives of deceased respondent No.4 namely Mohammad Jamal Shah s/o. Azmat Khan. This application is filed on the basis of pursis given by legal representatives of respondent No.4, who is reportedly dead. His legal representatives are shown in paragraph No.4. It is submitted that, there are no other heirs except respondent Nos.4.1 to 4.7. Learned Counsel - Mr. Akram Inamdar holding for Mr. S.S. Kazi causes appearance on behalf of legal representatives of deceased respondent No.4 5.
In view of the same, the application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
