The service book of the applicant has been called in this Court and for want of it, pension papers of the applicants are not being prepared and forwarded. The learned advocate Ms. Quraishi submits that petitioners in the Writ Petition do not have any objection. 3.

It is also pointed out that in respect of a similarly situated employee, this Court had already allowed a similar application being Civil Application No.879/2021 in Writ Petition No.8775/2014 by the order dated 19.01.2021.
