These appeals are placed before today's Lok Adalat with consent of the parties.

Ms. Surekha Bhimrao Korke, Executive Engineer, Jalna Irrigation Division, Jalna is present on behalf of the Acquiring Body/State. The claimants are represented by their respective learned Advocates. 03.

Both the parties have filed compromise pursis. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. As per the terms of the compromise, the Acquiring Body is ready to pay enhanced compensation as agreed between them and deposit the same within one year in this Court and the same shall be disbursed and the claimants are entitled to withdraw the same without any application.

The appeals stand disposed off. The award be prepared in terms of this order.

The civil application/s, if any, except the application to bring on record legal heirs, stand/s disposed off.

06.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the rules. If there is any deficit Court fee, same shall be deposited and thereafter there shall be refund of Court fees.
