The appellant - Acquiring Body has sought further time to deposit the remaining amount of compensation. The learned Counsel for the claimants has opposed the request stating that, already extension has been obtained by the Acquiring Body and in spite of that, the amount of compensation has not been deposited.

After having heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order.
ORDER
(i) In the interest of justice, the time to deposit the remaining amount of compensation by the Acquiring Body is extended by eight weeks.
(ii) All Civil Applications stand disposed of.
