The petitioner prays for withdrawal of his suspension. In the alternative, he prays that the representation dated 26th September, 2022 may be considered by the Zilla Parishad and some orders be passed. He has prayed for revocation of the suspension order. 3.

We requested the learned advocate Shri Bondar, who is on the panel of the Zilla Parishad, to render assistance. He submits that if there is a representation filed by the petitioner, the same would
