Mr.Shelke, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the respondents have filed an affidavit in reply through the Chief Officer of Municipal Council at Kopargaon and also respondent No.2 who is working as a Clerk in the establishment of Municipal Council stating therein that the order of the Court has been complied with. He contends that the entire amount due has not been paid. 2.

He, however, submits on instructions that the petitioner does not desire to press this contempt petition and instead would resort to an appropriate proceeding for the recovery of the said amount and khs/July 2015/70-14 (d)

compliance of the order of this Court dated 19/06/2013 in W.P.No.8584/2009.

In the light of the statement made on instructions, this petition is disposed of, as withdrawn.
