The Applicant-Sansthan has put-forth prayer clause-B as under: "(B) This Hon'ble Court may kindly grant permission to implement Resolution No.541 passed by the learned Ad-hoc Committee in its meeting dated 23.08.2023 pursuant to which the applicant is permitted to purchase machineries / equipment's / sundry items, instruments, hospital furniture for hospitals as mentioned in Annexcure 'A', 'B', 'C' and 'D' attached with the proposal, through E-tender process at an estimated cost of Rs.42,77,70,940/-" 2.

We are informed that the learned Principal District Judge, Ahmednagar who is the Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee has verified and confirmed Resolution No.541 and accorded his approval.

In view of the above, we permit the Applicant-Sansthan to act in furtherance of the Resolution No.541.
