The Sansthan has put-forth prayer clause-B as under: "(B) This Hon'ble Court may kindly grant permission to implement Resolution No.543 passed by the Adhoc Committee in its meeting dated 23.08.2023 pursuant to which the applicant is permitted to enter into comprehensive service contract with M/s. Wipro G.E. Health Care Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore, for five years i.e. from 2023 2028 at a cost of Rs.3,13,88,000/-." 2.

We are informed that the Principal District Judge, Ahmednagar who is the Chairperson of the committee has considered the proposal and approved it.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.
