The grievance of petitioners is that petitioners had filed an application for rental compensation in July 2018. The same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents.

In case, application is filed by petitioners and if the same is pending with respondent no.4 (Exhibit-D), then respondent no.4 shall decide the application filed for rental compensation on its own merits, in accordance with

(2) 2-wp-6080-2019 law and policy, after hearing all parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine (09) months.
