In view of the submissions so made, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) The applicants in both these applications are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount with interest accrued thereon in accordance with their shares determined by the Tribunal in the impugned judgment.

ii) Balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt with interest accrued

iii) Both Civil Applications stand disposed of.
