Heard Mr. Chouodhari, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The petitioners allege the contempt of order of this Court dated 27.10.2021. In the said order we had observed that in case, the petitioners are otherwise eligible, then the respondents may not withhold the appointment orders of the petitioners only on the ground that the validity certificate is not submitted. The order is passed on 27.10.2021. The time frame was not specified. If, within a reasonable period the respondents do not comply the order of this Court, then the petitioners may agitate afresh and may file contempt petition.

The petitioners may prosecute with the authorities concerned about the compliance of the order of this Court. If, within a reasonable time the same is not complied, then the petitioners may agitate afresh. 4.
