All these applications are filed by the parties to claim their shares in the amount of compensation. Similar application was filed by them in other proceeding like Civil Application No.1365 of 2018 in First Appeal No. 3388 of 2016. By order dated 9.3.2018, this Court allowed the said application, as the original claimants from Land Reference Proceeding had no objection for allowing it and to join respondents in the appeal and as they are not allowed to agitate any issue.

In view of the circumstances, in the same terms, applicants are allowed to join as party respondents. Amendment to be carried out in the appeal memo and other connected proceedings.
