In this matter, the parties have arrived at compromise. The compromise pursis also came to be executed on 13.04.2023. As per the compromise terms, certain terms were fulfilled and therefore, the matter was kept today. Today, both the parties are present before the Court and identified by their respective learned advocates and they have accepted that the terms of compromise are now fulfilled and there is no grievance against each other. Both the parties therefore pray that in view of the compromise pursis this application be disposed off. 2.

The present application thus stands disposed off in terms of compromise pursis executed on 13.04.2023.
