The Petitioners are aggrieved by the award delivered by the Competent Authority and desire to challenge the award with a prayer that this Court should test the legality and validity of the award and quash and set it aside.

The learned AGP points out Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

The learned Advocate, on instructions from the Petitioners, submits that the Petitioners would approach the competent authority for challenging the said award. It is prayed that the time spent by the Petitioners in this Court from the date of the filing of this Petition, till the passing of this order, may be treated as a good ground for condonation of delay.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition as well as the Civil Application stand disposed off. The time spent by the Petitioners in this Court from 25.09.2023 till the passing of this order, shall be a good ground for condonation of delay.
