The petitioner takes exception to order dated 29.08.2023 passed by respondent No.3-Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition) Ambad, Dist. Jalna in PK No.2023/UV AA/ Land Acquisition/KV 27/04, whereby objection raised by petitioner claiming right in compensation amount has been declined.

Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 have filed affidavit-in-reply and stated that compensation amount has already been disbursed to respondent No.5.

In that view of the matter, although Mr. Patunkar vehemently argues matter, no effective order can be passed. 4.
