PER COURT :- This Court has passed an order dated 13.3.2018, while issuing notices. By the reasons assigned, the impugned order of the Honorable Minister dated 9.1.2018, has been stayed and an alternate arrangement for distribution of food-grains to the card-holders has been ordered.
