Learned Government Pleader has apprised this Court about the fact involved in this case. He, on instructions, makes statement that proceeding bearing No. Prakaran Kra. 2024/DB/Appeal/Cell/CR-24 pending before the Divisional Commissioner shall be decided within a period of one month from today.

The statement made by the learned G.P. is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. Parties are directed to appear before the Divisional Commissioner on 10th March, 2025. No separate notice is required to be issued to the parties. It is clarified that no extension of 917.wp12655.24.odt

time shall be granted to the Divisional Commissioner to pass order. Needless to say that the order to be passed in accordance with law. 4.
