The petitioner is before us, anxious of the fact that the respondent/Scrutiny Committee is not accepting his proposal perhaps because he is in the 7th standard. It is being submitted that the petitioner is seeking admission in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, for which he would need a certificate of validity. 2.

Learned AGP on instructions submits that the petitioner may approach the Committee and the proposal would be accepted and scrutinized.
