Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. Mr.Gaware vehemently opposes the application. Mr.Kakade submits that the land at issue is in the possession of the applicants under authorization by the appropriate Revenue Department. 2.

Considering the submissions and the averments made in the application, the same is allowed. The original petitioner shall array these two applicants as respondent Nos. 5 and 6. Addition be carried out within 1 (one) week.
