AMENDMENT This application is filed with a prayer to correct the name of present applicant-Rashmi as appearing in certified copy
(2) of the judgment and the order passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Judge, Jalna dated 08-08-2024. For the said purpose it is necessary to amend the cause title of the first appeal by showing name of the applicant as shown in the present application. For the reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed.
The applicant to carry out the amendment within two weeks from today.

After the amendment is carried out, the applicant is at liberty to withdraw the amount as directed by this court by order dated 01-03-2024 and corrected by order dated 12-032024. 5.
The application stands disposed off.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. The application stands allowed. Office to register the appeal.
APPEAL Heard.
Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 30-012025. Mr. Patunkar, learned advocate waives service of notice for the respondent-original claimant. The learned AGP waives service of notice for the respondents/State.
STAY Since the amount is already deposited in the office of this court, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and award till final disposal of the appeal.
(4) LRs Since the LRs of respondent No.1 are already brought the learned advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to delete respondent No.1.
Leave is granted.
Deletion be carried out within two weeks from today. 4.
