Mr. Chillarge Subhash S., learned counsel for the appellant / Applicant is present. Mr. Nilesh Pawara, Junior Engineer is present and Mr. Bhosale S.V. and Mr. S. S. Randive, learned counsel for respondents - original claimants are also present.

Mr. Subhash Chillarge, the learned counsel for the appellant - Acquiring Body submits that these appeals are covered by the 86-ca-16441-15 w..odt

Government Resolution No. Sankirna - 2014/pra.kra.4/Bham-1/A-4 dated 3 rd November, 2016 with Government Corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and 13th August, 2018.

Advocate for the appellant - The Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation (Local Area) Division, Dhule now Office at Nandurbar filed the communication on record which is marked as Exhibit 'X' . In the circumstances, these matters are withdrawn as per instructions of the department.

Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the entire amount has paid to the claimants. Even though if not deposited, it be paid to the claimants along with accrued interest thereon within six months. On such, the claimants have at liberty to withdraw that amount.

The Court fees be refunded to the appellant as per rules. 7.
