In view of the nature of subject matter and the reasons mentioned in application, there is no impediment to nod in favour of applicant. Hence, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'. The notice to respondent No.1 be served by publishing it in daily news paper Punyanagari, edition Pune.
