Both the Petitioners have crossed 45 years of age. They have been refused NOC for appearing in the NEET-PG-2023 examination from the "in service" category. After the rejection of their applications, the Government of Maharashtra had issued a GR dated 24.07.2023 which applies to the medical admission and services vide which a relaxation has been given as a one time measure to those in service candidates who have crossed 45 years of age, keeping in view that there was no recruitment on account of the Covid pandemic.

In view of the above, both these petitions are disposed off with liberty to the Petitioners to tender their applications to Respondent No.5 for considering the cases of these Petitioners in the light of the GR dated 24.07.2023. Respondent No.5 would accordingly deal with the said applications and follow the due procedure laid down in law. Let Respondent No.5 consider the said applications urgently and forward the same to Respondent No.4.
