DATE : 14th November, 2024 Per Court :- The petitioner, who claims to be the mother of the deceased who was serving with the Border Security Force, is seeking family pension claiming that the widow of the deceased got remarried on 24.06.2007 and even the family pension being paid to her was directed to be stopped by communication dated 02.06.2008 (Exhibit B).

We dispose of this Writ Petition by directing respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated

*2* 914wp12223o24 21.11.2023 (Exhibit K), on it's own merits as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within twelve weeks. 3.

It is made clear that the petitioner seems to have provided the documents called for from her vide communication dated 16.10.2023 (Exhibit J), except the Remarriage Certificate which she does not possess.

The Authority may consider the fact that by his own communication dated 02.06.2008, he had instructed the concerned CPAO and the State Bank of India, Parola, District Jalgaon, to stop payment of family pension to the widow of the deceased on account of her remarriage.
