Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives service of notice for Respondent No.1. Respondent No. 5 and 6 are formal parties. Hence, no notices are issued to them. 2.

The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the proposal for arrears of salary dated 14.06.2023 was forwarded by the Respondent no.3/Regional Deputy Commissioner to the respondent no.2. The respondent no.2 has forwarded the same to the respondent no. 1 and it is pending with the respondent no. 1 for consideration. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for direction to respondent no. 1 and 2 to consider the proposal of arrears of salary.

Learned AGP makes the submission that the proposal would be considered on its merit.

Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 1 to decide the proposal dated 14.06.2023 forwarded by the respondent no. 3 on its merit and shall take a decision within six weeks from today.
