The petitioners shall file on-line application. The petitioners shall submit the original tribe certificate with incorrect spelling to the concerned Sub divisional Officer. The concerned Sub Divisional Officer after verifying its record of issuance of the certificate, shall issue the corrected tribe certificate to the petitioners within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of production of incorrect tribe certificate.
