Petitioner is challenging the order rejecting application filed by him for issuance of license to possess 12 boar gun. The appeal is also dismissed.

Heard Mr. Ambetkar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for the State.

The order assailed is passed three years back. The circumstances must have changed by now. The authorities will have to consider the present situation and the circumstances. 4.

Petitioner may file fresh application with the authorities for issuance of license under the Arms License Act, 1959. The authorities shall consider the present situation while passing order on the application of the petitioner and decide the application on
