3] The learned counsel appearing for the respondents / original petitioners opposed the prayer. He submits that, this Court has passed the order on 9th July, 2015, wherein direction was given to comply the said order within four months. Therefore, he submits that, Application may be rejected.

4] We have carefully perused the reasons stated in the Civil Application, in our opinion, further 4 months time deserves to be given as last opportunity. In such circumstances, Civil Application is allowed. Further 4 months time is granted as last opportunity.
