Heard learned counsel for the applicants/claimants. The applicants are seeking setting aside of order dated 11.12.2018, whereby, the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court refused registration of First Appeal (ST) No. 15612 of 2018 and Civil Application (ST) No. 15613 of 2018, by condoning the delay of 1345 days.

The learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and submitted that the interest for the aforesaid period of delay should stopped.

The learned counsel for the applicants assured that he would remove the office objections within two weeks from the date of this order. As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B & C), subject to removal of all the office objections within two weeks from the date of this order. Further the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of 1345 days, if their appeal is allowed and compensation amount is enhanced. Application is accordingly disposed of.
