The dispute is about gratuity and leave encashment. The petitioner contends that the part payment has been made and remaining has not been paid. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the gratuity dispute may be entertained by the Labour Commissioner and the remedy is available under Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972. When we expressed disinclination to entertain the writ petition, he sought leave to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate Authority.
