2. There is a delay of 807 days in preferring the appeal by the original claimant against the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court. 3.

The learned A.G.P. strongly opposes the application. 4.

For the reasons mentioned in the application and in the absence of any demur by the Acquiring Body, the delay is condoned subject to the condition that the applicant/claimant shall not be entitled to claim any interest for the period of delay i.e. 807 days. 5.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
