The petitioner shall correct the nomenclature of the respondents by giving full names of the respondents. 2.

We have heard learned Advocate Mr Deshmukh for the petitioner, learned Advocate Mr Bolkar for respondents no.2 to 4 and learned Advocate Mr Shah for respondent-College. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The non-applicants will have every opportunity to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment.
