PER COURT :

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the tribe validation claim of the petitioner is pending with Respondent No. 1 - Scrutiny Committee since June 2018. The employer has asked the petitioner to place on record the steps taken to get the validation claim decided.

The respondent-employer has not issued any notice to the effect that adverse action would be taken against the petitioner on account of non-submission of validity certificate. 3.
In the light of above, the petitioner shall appear before Respondent No. 1-Scrutiny Committee on 17.10.2019. The Committee shall decide the validation claim pertaining to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

Respondent-employer shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground of pendency of validation claim.

The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the validation claim.
6.
Respondent-Employer is at liberty to take further course of action depending upon the judgment that may be delivered by the Scrutiny Committee while deciding the validation claim. 7.
Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
