Registrar (Judicial) has refused the registration of writ petition by order dated 10th November 2014 for non-removal of office objections.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that he shall remove the office objections within a period of two weeks. 3.

In view of above undertaking, the order dated 10th November 2014 is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/-, to be paid to High Court Advocates Bar Association Library, Aurangabad within a period of two weeks from today.
