In fact, we expected the affidavit-in-reply on behalf of the present applicants along with the present application. Mr Deshpande, learned Counsel for the applicants assures the Court that within one week, the affidavit-in-reply to the main writ petition would be filed by the present applicants. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court.

On the assurance of learned Counsel for the applicants, we recall the order issuing bailable warrant to respondents no.4 to 6. The affidavit to the writ petition shall be filed within one week from today.
