DATE : 8th DECEMBER, 2021 PER COURT :- It is submitted that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in writ Petition No. 4682 of 2019 dated 29-01-2020, the petitioners have given applications for regularization to the State Government and also Zilla Parishad. Learned counsel submits that respondents be directed to take decision upon it.

Mr. Sonawane, the learned counsel appears for respondent No. 2 - Zilla Parishad in Writ Petition No. 13644 of 2021 and Mr. Tope, learned counsel appears for respondent No. 2 -Zilla Parishad in Writ Petition No. 13685 of 2021.

In case, the applications of the petitioners are received with Zilla Parishad for regularization, the Zilla Parishad shall forward the same to the Government, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from today. The Government (respondent No.1) shall take decision upon said proposals on or before 30th June, 2022. The decision be taken on or before 30th June, 2022 as term of the petitioners would come to an end on 31st July, 2022.

With the aforesaid directions, writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
