Since the award of the learned Reference Court is less than four times of the award of the Land Acquisition OfÏcer, the Government seeks leave to withdraw these appeals as per the Government Resolution No. Sankirna-2014/pra.kra.4/Bham-1/A-4, dated 3.11.2016

2 3,10-CA-14827-16.odt and subsequent Corrigendum, dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018 to the said Government Resolution. Leave granted to withdraw. 3.

All first appeals are disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

Pending civil applications stand disposed of accordingly. 5.

Respondent/claimants are entitled to withdraw the amount as per the Award, if not withdrawn.

The undertaking, if any, is furnished earlier at the time of the earlier withdrawal of amount, stands discharged. 7.
