We have heard learned Advocate for the petitioner. Learned Advocate for petitioner submits that caste validity claim of the petitioner is pending since October, 2016 and the same is not yet decided. The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vigilance is not yet conducted. In view of that, it would not be possible at this late stage to direct the Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of 7 or 8 days. However, considering that the petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the provisional Course, the Committee, if it is possible, shall decide the claim expeditiously. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 10-12-2021. 3.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
