This is an application for stay to the execution and operation of the impugned award. 2, Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that at the time of presentation of appeal, the insurance company has deposited an amount of Rs.25,000/- in this Court and award is for Rs.50,000/-. 3.

The execution and operation of the impugned award is stayed on the condition that the appellant shall deposit remaining amount of Rs.25,000/- together with interest in this Court within a period of 8 weeks from today.
