Shri Munde, learned Advocate for the Applicants, submits that this Court had granted the Applicants liberty to file a Revision Petition by the judgment dated 19.06.2015. Six weeks' time was granted. He submits that due to administrative and procedural delay, the Revision Petition is not yet filed. It is kept ready and the same would be filed before an appropriate Industrial Court within one week. Shri Bhavthankar, learned Advocate for Respondent No.1, submits that this Civil Application be dismissed. In the alternative, he

*2* 909.ca.14789.15 submits that if the Applicants do not file the revision petition within one week, this Court may observe that they have given up the liberty to file such revision petition.

Shri Munde is agreeable.

In the light of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. The Applicants are granted liberty to file the revision petition as is observed in the judgment dated 19.06.2015 in Writ Petition No.5130/2007 on or before 11.12.2015 before an appropriate Industrial Court. If the same is not filed, the liberty granted to the Applicants in paragraph 10 of the above stated judgment, shall be construed to have been given up by the Applicants.
