Present application has been filed by the original claimant for getting the delay of 13 days condoned in filing First Appeal. The original claimant intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned tribunal and to get the compensation enhanced. Though the respondents are served, nobody appears. Under such circumstance, the reasons given by the applicant have gone unchallenged. Therefore, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay stands condoned. 2.
