1] The present Civil Application is filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court. 2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the amount deposited in this court by the Insurance Company may be transmitted to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ahmednagar.

3] This Court, by order dated 21.06.2022, permitted the claimants to withdraw the amount deposited by the Insurance Company along with accrued interest thereon.

1330.23CA 4] In view of the same, the amount deposited in this Court by the Insurance Company be transmitted to the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ahmednagar in MACP No.236 of 2015. On transmission, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount from the Motor Accident claims Tribunal, Ahmednagar. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
