In Writ Petition though respondent nos.4 and 5 are served, none appears for respondent nos.4 and 5. This Court under order dated 16.10.2019 had issued notice and granted protection to the petitioner.

The learned counsel submits that, pursuant to the orders of this Court, full fees has been paid by the petitioner. The learned counsel further submits that, petitioner is not allowed to appear for the final year examination commencing from 06.12.2021.

This Court already protected the admission of the petitioner while issuing notice.

The respondents may not refrain the petitioner for appearing in the examination commencing from 06.12.2021 only on the ground that caste claim of the petitioner is invalidated. 5.
