Applicant is a lady. She is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 91/2022, registered with Islapur Police Station, District Nanded, for offences punishable under Sections 353, 332, 309,294,188, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

It is not in dispute that charge-sheet has been filed on 23.05.2024. No attempt seems to have been made by Investigating Officer to seek her custody. This shows that custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.
