DECEMBER 12, 2025 ORDER :- The applicant has approached this court seeking withdrawal of amount deposited pursuant to the order dated 06.05.2024, passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.706 of 2024, whereby, the applicant was granted interim relief. The Anticipatory Bail Application of the applicant was, thereafter, disposed of as withdrawn vide order dated 28.08.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has repaid the entire amount to the complainant. 3.

Learned APP was directed to file affidavit to the grounds made out in this application. Accordingly, an affidavit of one Riyaz

28-crappln3808.2025 Shaikh, P.S.I., Parali Rural police Station, Dist. Beed, is filed stating that the applicant has repaid the entire amount to the complainant, whose supplementary statement was recorded during investigation. Learned APP, therefore, submits that appropriate order may be passed.

Taking into consideration that the applicant was directed to deposit Rs.2,50,000/- only with intention to show his bona fide and also considering the fact that the entire amount has been repaid by the applicant to the complainant and other witnesses, I see no impediment in allowing this application for withdrawal of amount. 5.

Hence, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,50,000/- deposited in this court pursuant to the order dated 06.05.2024. The application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
