This is an application for condonation of delay. The delay is of 42 days in filing the appeal.

2.

The appeal appears to have been filed on 1.12.2014. In fact, in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in a case of Shivram Dodanna Shetty Vs. Sharmila Shivram Shetty reported in 2017 (1) Mh.L.J. 281, the limitation period is of 90 days, in that case there would not be any delay.
