This is a peculiar case. A 40 years old businessman, who was successful, under fortuitous circumstances, in getting the admission of a young student, namely, Ms.Kakar Khatema Noor Mohammad, cancelled. He is now before this Court alleging malafides against the Principal of the College, alleging that he granted admission to the student, illegally. The Petitioner has already preferred a complaint under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In the educational field, we need to be careful in taking up matters filed by such Petitioners, who may have an

*2* 935wp13735o23 agenda for reasons, which are obviously never divulged to the Court. Since the Petitioner has already approached the judicial forum and has also filed the complaint, we have no reason to entertain this petition.
