After arguing the matter for quite some time, learned advocates, on instructions, resile to a situation whereunder Tahsildar, Osmanabad, to whom the matter has been remanded under the impugned order dated 1st August, 2012, may proceed with the matter expeditiously.

In view of the same, I deem it expedient that Tahsildar, Osmanabad may take up proceedings pending before him, with regard to mutation entry No.10869 dated 19th December, 2005 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this order. Needless to refer to that this order is not passed on

{2} wp11009-14 merits of the matter at all and the Tahsildar shall be free to decide the matter pending before him independently without getting influenced by the order passed.
