The applicants pray for condonation of delay of 206 days caused in filing the Civil Application and further prays for setting aside the order of the learned Registrar dated 6.3.2017, refusing registration to the Writ Petition for non-removal of office objections. 2.

For the reasons stated, the Civil Application is allowed, subject to costs of Rs.1,000/- which the applicants shall deposit with the Advocate Association's Bar Library of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad on/or before 21.2.2018 and thereafter, the order of the Registrar shall stand recalled, only if all office objections are removed on/or before 24.2.2018.
