This is an application praying therein to quash and set aside the Crime No.I-431/2014 registered at Mukundwadi Police Station, District Aurangabad for offences punishable u/s 392, 323 and 34 of IPC, on the ground that there was a compromise between the complainant and applicants.

This Court, by a detailed order on 22nd December, 2014, rejected the prayer of the applicants for quashing the aforesaid Crime and made certain observations directing the Commissioner of Police to monitor further

The learned APP appearing for the State submits that in pursuance to the directions given by this Court by order dated 22nd December, 2014, under the directions of Commissioner of Police, investigation was carried out by the concerned Police Station and accordingly, charge-sheet has been filed in the matter. He further submits that the applicants are placed under suspension and departmental inquiry has also been initiated. In that view of the matter, we are satisfied with the action taken by the Commissioner of Police and on the basis of investigation, chargesheet has also been filed in the matter. This application stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 22nd December, 2014.
